What Ziggy Cooling & Heating collects through this website, why, who we share it with, and how to have it corrected or deleted.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Ziggy Cooling & Heating LLC, a heating, ventilation and air conditioning contractor licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board (licence #0084076, classification C-21) and operating in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this notice, “we”, “us” and “Ziggy” mean Ziggy Cooling & Heating LLC, and “you” means anyone who visits this website or contacts us through it.
This notice explains what information we collect through ziggycoolingheating.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it. It is provided in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A and other applicable United States privacy laws.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the booking form, call us, or email us, we collect the details you choose to provide:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you give one
- Your service address or ZIP code
- Information about your HVAC system and the problem — what it is doing, its approximate age, whether you own or rent the property, when you would like us to come, and any notes you add
- Your consent to be contacted about the request
We ask for this because we cannot quote, schedule or perform HVAC work without it. You are not required to give us anything else.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records limited technical information when you visit:
- IP address and general geographic area derived from it
- Device type, operating system and browser
- Pages viewed, time spent, and the link or advertisement that brought you here
- Interactions such as clicking the phone number or submitting the form
3. How we use it
- To respond to your request, quote the work and schedule a visit
- To perform the service and handle billing, warranty and follow-up
- To contact you about your request by phone, text or email
- To keep records we are required to keep as a licensed Nevada contractor
- To understand which advertisements and pages actually bring people to us, so we spend our advertising budget sensibly
- To protect the website against spam, fraud and abuse
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use a small number of third-party tools that may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and may collect information about your activity on this site over time:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — tells us how many people visit, which pages they read and where they came from, in aggregate. You can opt out across all sites using Google’s browser add-on.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — measures whether our Facebook and Instagram advertising leads to enquiries, and allows us to show ads to people who have visited this site. You can manage this in your Facebook ad preferences.
Third parties may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our site. This disclosure is made in accordance with NRS 603A.340. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and set the Global Privacy Control signal, which we honour as an opt-out request where it applies.
5. Calls and text messages
When you tick the consent box on our form, you are giving us permission to contact you by phone call and by text message about the request you submitted, including calls or texts sent using automated technology. This consent is not a condition of purchasing anything from us — you can always simply call us instead.

- You can withdraw consent at any time by telling us by phone or email
We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
6. When we share information
We share your information only with the categories of third parties needed to run the business:
- Form and email providers — the service that delivers your form submission to our inbox, and our email provider
- Analytics and advertising providers — Google and Meta, as described above
- Suppliers and subcontractors — only where needed to complete your job, for example ordering the correct equipment
- Professional advisers — our accountant, insurer or lawyer, where necessary
- Government and law enforcement — where we are required by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim
If the business is ever sold or merged, customer records may transfer to the new owner as part of that transaction.
7. We do not sell your information
Ziggy Cooling & Heating LLC does not sell your covered information, and has not done so in the preceding twelve months.
Under NRS 603A.345, Nevada consumers have the right to direct a website operator not to sell their covered information. Because we do not sell it, there is nothing to opt out of — but you are entitled to submit the request anyway, and we will honour and record it. Send it to ziggychllc@gmail.com with the subject line “Nevada opt-out request”, and include the email address or phone number you gave us so we can verify who you are. We will respond within 60 days.
8. Your choices and rights
- Review or correct — email or call us and ask what we hold about you; we will tell you and correct anything that is wrong
- Delete — ask us to delete your enquiry, and we will, unless we are required to keep records relating to work performed
- Stop contact — reply STOP to a text, or tell us by phone or email, and we will stop
- Cookies — block or clear them in your browser at any time
Use the contact details in section 13. We do not charge for these requests and we will not treat you differently for making one.
9. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for up to two years so we can recognise a repeat caller and understand our advertising. Records relating to work we actually performed are kept for as long as needed for warranty, tax and Nevada contractor record-keeping purposes, and then deleted.
10. Security
This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. We limit access to customer information to the people who need it to do the work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously and we do not collect payment card details through this website.
11. Children
This website is intended for adults arranging work on a property. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this notice
If we change this notice materially, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top. Where the change is significant and we hold your contact details, we will tell you directly. Please check this page from time to time.
