The terms that apply to this website, to the booking form, and to the $69 service call and $5,000 replacement offers.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ziggycoolingheating.com and any request you submit through it. By using this website or submitting the booking form, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site — you are welcome to call us instead.
These terms cover the website and the process of requesting work. The work itself is governed by the written estimate, invoice or contract you sign before we begin. If anything in a signed contract conflicts with these terms, the signed contract governs.
2. Who you are dealing with
This site is operated by Ziggy Cooling & Heating LLC, Las Vegas, Nevada, holder of Nevada State Contractors Board licence #0084076, classification C-21 (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning). You can verify our licence at any time on the Nevada State Contractors Board website.
3. Service calls and diagnosis
A service call means a licensed technician attends your property, inspects and tests the system, identifies the fault where it can be identified on that visit, and explains your options. Diagnosis depends on the condition of the equipment and on the fault being present and detectable at the time of the visit. Intermittent faults sometimes cannot be reproduced on a single visit, and some faults are only found once a component is opened up.
No work beyond diagnosis is carried out until you approve it.
4. The $69 service call
- The $69 fee covers a licensed technician attending and diagnosing the system at a single residential address within our service area.
- If you approve a repair arising from that visit, the $69 is credited against the cost of that repair.
- If you decline the repair, the $69 is payable for the visit and diagnosis, and nothing further is owed.
- The offer covers one system per visit. Additional systems at the same address may incur an additional fee, which we will tell you before we start.
- Parts, refrigerant, labour beyond diagnosis, and any work approved by you are charged separately.
- The offer applies to standard appointments within our published service area and may not apply to after-hours calls, commercial rooftop equipment or addresses outside that area. We will always tell you before the visit if a different fee applies.
- Cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so in writing.
5. The $5,000 replacement offer
- The discount applies to a complete system replacement or a new full-system installation. It does not apply to repairs, part replacements or single-component work.
- It applies to qualifying systems only. Which systems qualify depends on your property, the existing equipment and the specification chosen, and will be confirmed in your written quote.
- The discount is reflected in the quoted price. It is not a rebate, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so in writing.
- The offer is available for a limited time and may be changed or withdrawn for future quotes at any time. A quote we have already issued to you remains valid for the period stated on it.
- The in-home assessment is free and carries no obligation.
The price you are quoted is the price that governs. Everything on this website is a description of an offer, not a binding quotation. Your written quote sets out the final scope, equipment and price for your property.
6. Estimates and quotes
Estimates given over the phone are indicative only and are based on what you describe. A binding price is given in writing after a technician has seen the equipment. If we discover during the work that additional parts or labour are needed, we will stop, explain it, and obtain your approval before continuing.
7. Scheduling and same-day service
We offer same-day appointments and we work hard to hold them, but same-day service is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. In peak summer conditions, emergency calls and traffic can move appointment times. We will keep you informed if we are running late, and you may reschedule at no cost.
Please make sure an adult aged 18 or over is present and that the equipment is accessible. If we attend and cannot access the equipment or nobody is present, we may charge the service-call fee for the visit.
8. Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We will tell you which payment methods we accept before the work begins. Ownership of any parts or equipment supplied remains with us until they are paid for in full.
9. Warranty
Equipment we install carries the manufacturer’s warranty, which is provided by the manufacturer on its own terms and registered in your name. Our own workmanship is warranted for the period stated on your invoice or contract.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, power surges, pest or weather damage, work carried out by others, or continued operation of a system after a fault has been reported. Filters and routine consumables are excluded.
10. Your right to cancel
Three-day right of cancellation. Under Nevada law governing home solicitation sales (NRS 598.210 to 598.290), where you agree to a sale at your residence rather than at our place of business, you may cancel that agreement until midnight of the third business day after the day you signed it.
To cancel, deliver or mail a signed, dated written notice stating that you are cancelling, using the contact details in section 16. Your written contract contains the full statutory notice and cancellation form. If you ask us in writing to begin work immediately, different rules may apply — we will explain this before you sign.
An appointment booked through this website can be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge by calling us before the technician is dispatched.
11. Nevada Residential Recovery Fund
Residential customers of Nevada-licensed contractors may be eligible for relief from the Residential Recovery Fund administered by the Nevada State Contractors Board, in accordance with NRS Chapter 624. Information about eligibility and how to apply is available from the Nevada State Contractors Board. The statutory notice is also provided with your residential contract.
12. Using this website
The content of this website — text, photographs, layout, the Ziggy name and logo — belongs to Ziggy Cooling & Heating LLC or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused commercially without our written consent.
Customer reviews shown on this site are genuine reviews left publicly by customers on Google and are reproduced as written. They describe those customers’ own experiences and are not a promise of any particular outcome for your property.
You agree not to misuse the site — no attempting to gain unauthorised access, no automated scraping, and no submitting false or fraudulent requests.
13. Limitation of liability
The information on this website is provided in good faith and for general guidance. It is not technical advice for your specific system, and you should not act on it without having the equipment inspected.
To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, our liability arising out of this website is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any right you have under the Nevada contractor licensing statutes.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute arising from this website or from work performed will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, without prejudice to any complaint you are entitled to bring before the Nevada State Contractors Board.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you submit a request is the version that applies to it. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed.
